I am a self-published author who is learning what being an author is all about. I have always loved to write, even before I loved to read, but I never felt the push to write something of my own until early 2017 when I decided I would write my own book. That moment marked the beginning of something wonderful for me. Writing has become part of my life again. To be honest, it feels like stepping out in the sunlight after being in the dark for a long time, but it feels so good. Since writing again, I have had novel ideas (ha ha) that I am really excited about! As those ideas mature into books, you can be sure that I will share them with you here. So far, I have self-published a few children's books, but I have also been working on a clean regency romance novel as well as a beauty and the beast retelling. Even further down the road, I have some ideas for other regency books and a fairy tale series. My regency romance will probably be the first to be released, so stay tuned!
My plan for this blog is to post about once a month, sharing my thoughts on books, writing, and the occasional random thought or experience. I do not claim to be an expert, but I do hope that we can have fun, learn, and enjoy the journey!
